Purpose-built for gaming, this pure sine wave UPS protects your PC, gaming console and other equipment from power interference, including game-endangering blackouts.
Purpose-Built Gaming UPS Protects Your Equipment and Provides Pure Sine Wave Output
This 120V line-interactive UPS provides pure sine wave output in both AC and battery backup modes to keep your gaming PC or gaming console reliably powered. It also protects connected equipment against blackouts, brownouts, surges and line noise that can damage valuable electronics or destroy data. The SMART1500PSGLCD is ideal protection for high-end gaming systems powered by Active PFC power supplies, as well as routers, modems and other network equipment in your computer room, game room or home theater.
Reliable, Expandable Battery Backup Keeps You Playing Through Power Outages
The field-replaceable, hot-swappable internal battery keeps your gaming rig fully operational without interruption during power failures and other severe power conditions. With a typical 300W gaming system connected, the SMART1500PSGLCD provides 17 minutes of independent runtime. This allows you to play through short power failures, avoid streaming interruptions and safely save your game and shut down your system in case of a prolonged blackout. For additional play, the UPS supports an optional Tripp Lite BP24V9T external battery pack (sold separately), which provides 41 minutes of expanded runtime.
10 NEMA 5-15R Outlets Protect Your Connected Components and Monitor Load Conditions
Four 5-15R energy-saving outlets provide battery backup and network-grade surge protection for your gaming rig and connected desktop and network components. Five outlets are surge-only to connect peripherals not requiring battery backup, such as a printer or desk lamp. One battery- and surge-supported master outlet controls the energy-saving outlets and reports the wattage drawn by the PC or other connected device. If the device connected to the master outlet shuts down or enters standby, the three energy-saving outlets also turn off.
Dynamic Lighting Adds Excitement to Your Gaming Experience
The SMART1500PSGLCD is purpose-built for gaming, including RGB color LEDs you can program yourself. Controllable via the detachable front-panel LCD or Tripp Lite’s free downloadable software utility (https://www.tripplite.com/products/management-utilities), two separate LED banks come with seven preset lighting modes and 16.7 million possible color combinations. You can program a variety of color and motion effects or configure the lights to respond to power consumption changes on the master outlet.
Detachable Wireless LCD Reports Real-Time Status
The front-panel LCD displays a wide range of UPS and power conditions, including operating mode, voltage, frequency, battery level and load level. It detaches from the UPS system and operates wirelessly up to 20 feet (6 meters) away for as many as 12 hours.
Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) Corrects Low- and High-Voltage Conditions
AVR protects your equipment from incremental hardware damage, data loss and performance problems caused by brownouts. The SMART1500PSGLCD maintains regulated 120V nominal output during brownouts as low as 97V and overvoltages up to 145V, while keeping the battery fully charged and ready to take over in case of power failure.
Premium Protection from EMI/RFI Line Noise Helps Your Equipment Perform Better
This UPS system filters out disruptive electromagnetic and radio frequency interference that can inflict hardware damage or data loss. This EMI/RFI filtering also helps your connected components perform better and last longer.
Can Safely Shut Down Automatically Even When You Aren’t Around
By downloading and installing Tripp Lite’s free PowerAlert® software on your computer and connecting it to the UPS system with the included USB cable, you can set up safe unattended shutdown in the event of a prolonged power failure when you aren’t around. Note: Installing PowerAlert provides enhanced functionality, but is not required.
Built-In USB Charging Ports Keep Your Mobile Devices at Full Capacity
Two USB ports, one USB-A and one USB-C, share 5V 3A of maximum current for charging your smartphone, tablet and other mobile devices. These USB charging ports are available for use when the UPS system is turned on and receiving AC power.
