It features a 4‑port USB hub on the receiver. The transmitter is powered by the USB connection to your computer, while the receiver is powered by a 12 VDC, 2A power adapter. The receiver can provide 5 VDC, 1A of power to each of two connected devices and 5 VDC, 500mA of power to each of two other connected devices.
